Learning extends beyond the classroom at Wilson Hall, and kindergarten students enjoyed a fun-filled fall adventure at Dorr Farms in Gable. Students picked their own pumpkins, rode a hayride, played on the farm playground, and fed and petted animals. The hands-on experiences provided an ideal blend of outdoor learning and seasonal fun while encouraging curiosity, discovery, and an appreciation for agriculture. Field trips like this bring classroom lessons to life and remind students that some of the best learning takes place beyond the classroom. The teachers are Mrs. Hope Alexander, Mrs. Ashley Bateman, and Mrs. Amy Jones.
