AP Business students put revenue, costs, and profit into action with a Marshmallow Towers challenge in Mrs. Alex Judson’s class. Working in teams, students purchased materials, managed fixed and variable costs, and made strategic decisions as they built towers from toothpicks and mini-marshmallows. The goal was not simply to build the tallest tower, but to earn the most profit by balancing revenue with expenses. A fun, hands-on way to bring business concepts to life.
