Baron Pride on Parade! WH celebrated its 50th Homecoming Parade with every student in grades 6–12 riding the four-mile route through the neighborhood.
Floats featured themes from the Wild West and Wizard of Oz to Top Gun, Carnival, and Outer Space. The eighth grade showed their support for classmate Sammy Welch with their “Sammy Strong” float, while the varsity cheerleaders, football team, and Homecoming Court led the way. With hundreds of elementary students cheering from campus and community members lining the streets, it was a true celebration of Baron pride.
Sponsored by the Student Council, the parade was coordinated by Ms. Heather Eldridge and Mr. Sean Hoskins.
